POKOTABI / Soarama
そあらま
Tucked along a quiet Takanawa lane, Soarama serves omakase courses featuring seafood caught by the chef alongside globally accented Japanese small plates, paired with sake and beer. Reservations required.
01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
There is no fixed menu at Soarama, a discreet dining spot nestled in a quiet part of Takanawa. Instead, meals are served omakase style, tailored daily to the guests and the ingredients on hand, including fresh fish caught by the chef. Rooted in Japanese techniques while drawing freeform inspiration from around the globe, the small plates offer refined, understated flavors that complement a night of drinking.
The beverage selection includes beer as well as sake chosen to pair with the delicate flavors of the fresh fish. With thoughtful table service and an unhurried, calm ambiance, the dining room invites guests to settle in and savor each course alongside a drink.
Service is focused primarily on weekday evenings, and reservations are required for dinner. Rakuten Pay is accepted for payment.
